Chad Miller (President):
Chad is the founder of Wildcat Creek Outfitters and has been guiding since 1996. He has developed flies like the Wildcat Creek Streamer, Sugar Creek Crawdad and Chad’s Hellgrammite. Chad, along with friend Jerry Darkes, created a video series called “Guide Patterns”. Chad’s video is called “Guide Patterns for Smallmouth Bass”. Chad’s guide schedule is very limited these days but he still likes to spend a few days a month rowing a boat. April and August are his favorite months to guide. Marc Dixon (CFO):
This past year Marc mergered Eagle Creek Kayaks with Wildcat Creek Outfitters. Not only is Marc our kayak expert, but he is also knowledgeable about fly fishing. Mike Exl ( Guide/Store Manager):
Mike started working for us couple years ago. Mike has been fly fishing most of his life. He has traveled to destinations such as the Bahamas, Alaska, and even Chile. Mike is one of our guides and also instructs our fly tying classes. Mike is also in to spey fishing, and spends a great deal of time chasing steelhead with two-handed and switch rods. Eric Corya (Guide/Shop Staff):
Eric is another local guy who grew up in Lafayette and now resides in Zionsville. Eric is guiding his clients on very unique Carp trips on Lake Michigan. He has also developed a couple of must have Carp flies and has logged over 1000 Carp on a fly rod and isn’t done yet!
